CREEKSIDE RV PARK RULES

Thank you for being our guest. We are glad you are here! Our rules have been established to ensure that everyone will have an enjoyable stay. Please help us accomplish this by abiding by the following:

All campers/RV's must be in good condition and working order. We reserve the right to refuse service to a camper based on its age or appearance based on our sole judgement.

CHECK IN / OUT TIME​

In: 2:00 Out: 12:00      2 vehicles per site please. Please park your RV and car/truck/boat/trailer in your designated site only. NO PARKING ON GRASS - RV's or trailers. DO NOT MOVE FIRE RINGS.  NO FIREWOOD MAY BE BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE A 50 MILE RADIUS.​​

CANCEL / REFUND POLICY

If reservation is cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of $20.00. 13 days or less, a camping credit will be issued, minus a cancellation fee of $20.00. No refunds/credits day of or after arrival.

SPEED LIMIT

Less than 5 MPH at all times in all areas.

WIFI

Free basic WiFi service is available during your stay here. Our service is a wireless signal that is distributed throughout the park by several access points. Many factors affect the strength of the signal you will receive such as trees, construction materials of coaches/campers and your device. You agree to not use the parks wifi illegally, such as to download/upload illegal materials or to hack personal information from another. The password to access wifi will be given at check in.

QUIET TIME

Absolutely no unnecessary noise between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM.  No corn hole or horse shoe games after 10 pm. All children should be at their campsite by 9 PM unless accompanied by an adult. PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS.

CAMPFIRES & GRILLING

Campfires and grilling (you provide) are permitted (unless under a burn ban). Fires allowed in fire rings only-do not throw glass or plastic in fire rings. DO NOT GRILL ON TOP OF PICNIC TABLE. Please DO NOT MOVE fire rings.

PETS

Well behaved pets are welcome. NO PIT BULL OR PIT TERRIER BREEDS/MIXES ALLOWED. We reserve the right to ask you to remove your pet if it acts in an aggressive manner. All pets must be kept on a leash or within your site area.  PETS CANNOT BE TIED UP AND LEFT OUTSIDE WHILE YOU ARE GONEOwners must clean up after their pets. RABIES SHOTS ARE REQUIRED.

GARBAGE

All trash must be tightly wrapped in plastic bags, boxes broken down and placed in designated garbage containers located near office. DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND-PLEASE PICK UP A BUTT BUCKET OUTSIDE OFFICE. DO NOT THROW GLASS, METAL OR PLASTIC IN FIRE RING. Fish carcasses may be disposed of in the creek ON THE SOUTH END ONLY-DOWN THE HILL. NO WATER BALLOONS!!!

BEHAVIOR

Objectionable conduct of any kind or violation of any park rules or anyone causing a disturbance will NOT BE TOLERATED and guests may be asked to leave the park. Please respect your neighbors and do not cut through their sites-teach your children this.

NEAT AND ORDERLY

All personal items must be kept in an orderly and safe manner within their designated camping area. No clothes lines. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. PLEASE KEEP CAMPSITE CLEAN.

INSURANCE

Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause. PLEASE ENJOY THE CREEK AND AREA AT YOUR OWN RISK. You agree to carry and maintain in full force and effect adequate property and liability insurance on any vehicle or RV brought into the park.

SOLICITATION

Unauthorized soliciting or selling is not allowed in the RV Park.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

All sewer, water and electricity must be securely fastened to hook ups and have no leaks. Any sewer spills, trash, dog feces or fish carcasses left behind that require clean-up may be assessed a cleanup fee. Guests are responsible for any damages they might incur at Creekside RV Park.

NOT ALLOWED

NO zip lines, inflatable bounce houses, water slides, swimming pools, hot tubs or slip and slides allowed on property. NO water balloons allowed. No washing of RV or vehicles allowed unless done by a service that brings their own water.  NO TENTS, RUGS OR MATS ON THE GRASS.

SUMMARY

Management reserves the right to make necessary changes in the rules and policies in the best interest of the RV Park. Anyone refusing to abide by these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
